Around 60 days	Subscription is flagged for inactivity based on authentication and API usage patterns.	Review expected usage and determine whether member traffic or a health check pattern is needed.
60 days + 2 weeks	BCBSKS emails the primary developer contact.	Acknowledge the communication and confirm continued use or plans for the integration.
60 days + 1 month	Second email is sent and BCBSKS attempts to contact another person at the same organization.	Respond to at least one outreach attempt and coordinate next steps with BCBSKS.
60 days + 5 weeks	If there is still no response, the account is frozen. Please reapply through the BCBSKS developer portal if continued access is desired.
